Description

The London Healthcare Benchmarking Tool (LHBT) contains a wide range of metrics relating to acute, mental health, primary care and community services. The tool was developed to enable NHS trusts to analyse their own data, compare themselves against other hospitals and help improve performance and efficiency across their services. The metrics are grouped by the following themes: Overall efficiency Staffing Patient flow Quality Access Finance All metrics can be benchmarked in several ways, at London level, nationally, or against any other organisation in the particular dataset that the metric is based upon. All data can be exported from the tool in excel format.
