**FOCUS**ON**LONDON**2012:**SKILLS**:DEGREES**OF**QUALIFICATION London’s diverse economy, and status as one of the most important cities in the world calls for a highly skilled workforce. Qualifications are considered an important predictor of success in a labour market.
